First a short introduction.  I’m a licensed clinical psychologist, coach and speaker.  For over two decades I’ve worked with individuals and organizations as an integrative spiritual therapist, coach and holistic business strategist.  I have helped many heal their depressions, anxieties,  the pain of living with a brutal inner critic,  relationship conflicts and more.  At the same time, I’ve  supported people: in finding who and what brings them alive, to develop into the person they were meant to be, experiencing both the challenge and joy of that.  Over and over people have told me  ” It’s been worth it.”  They not only  have no regrets. They are profoundly grateful for where they are now.

I also am a professional public speaker, published author, and  workshop facilitator,
nationally and internationally and I’ve been  on radio and television. I just accepted an invitation to be a board member of the SEC Rough Riders Chapter of Toastmasters International and I’ve been on a number of other Boards including The Internation Association for Spirit at Work. As well I’m a former tenured Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at Ramapo College in New Jersey.  My journey as a psychologist, coach, workshop facilitator, speaker, writer led me to learn a  unique set of skills and cutting edge tools for transformation (various forms of: meditation, voice and breathe work, guided imagery, body therapies) and these skills form the foundation of my company Life Unlimited: The Center for Human Possibility.
